万达集团是中国家喻户晓的商业地产开发和运营商,经过数十年的发展,已形成完整的商业地产业态和成熟先进的管理模式。南宁万达广场一如既往的继承了万达的管理理念和商业综合体打造方式,占地180亩,规划总面积88万方左右,包括百货公司、商业广场、商业步行街、写字楼、超市、公寓及五星级酒店等多样化综合业态。就建筑及内装整体风格而言,南宁万达广场着力体现和表达其变化、新颖、个性及时代感的特点,同时融合了当地的气候文化民族等元素。在深入分析的基础上,我们的导视系统设计理念力求体现和服务于建筑特点和广场目标。我们汲取和模仿广西自然山水的代表——邕江的曲折走向并提炼成导视造型的优美曲线,通过材料工艺的运用展示出导视科技的质感,并将自然的曲线美与现代的科技感完美结合。我们将当地少数民族特有的古老文化符号经过匹配性改造和同一性识别,巧妙点缀于导视系统中,使之既富有地域特色、又不脱离万达整体的品牌框架。同时回归导视设计的本质,在方案布局、动线规划、设计细节等方面努力实现吸客、导客、留客功能,使导视系统为广场的有序管理和业绩提升服务。该导视系统设计风格优雅清新,规划布局科学合理,导视造型新颖别致,很好地实现了商业导视系统的客流导入和管理功能。

Wanda Group is a well-known commercial real estate development and operator in China. After decades of development, it has formed a complete commercial real estate industry form and mature and advanced management model. Nanning Wanda Plaza, as always, inherits Wanda's management concept and business complex building method, covering 180 mu, with a planned total area of about 880,000 square meters, including department stores, business plazas, commercial pedestrian streets, office buildings, supermarkets, apartments and five-star hotels. As far as the overall style of architecture and interior decoration is concerned, Nanning Wanda Plaza focuses on expressing its characteristics of change, novelty, individuality and sense of the times, and at the same time integrates elements of local climate, culture and ethnic groups. On the basis of in-depth analysis, our wayfinding system design philosophy strives to reflect and serve the architectural characteristics and Wanda's objectives. We absorb and imitate the tortuous trend of Yongjiang River, the representative of natural landscape in Guangxi, and refine it into a beautiful curve of wayfinding modelling. Through the application of material technology, we show the quality of guiding science and technology, and combine the beauty of natural curve with modern science and technology perfectly. Through matching transformation and identifying, we ingeniously embellish the ancient cultural symbols peculiar to the local minorities in the signage system, making them not only rich in regional characteristics, but also not divorced from the brand of Wanda as a whole. At the same time, we should return to the essence of wayfinding design, and strive to achieve the functions of attracting, guiding and retaining customers in the aspects of plan layout, moving line planning and design details, so as to make the sign system serve the orderly management and performance improvement of Wanda. The design style of the wayfinding system is elegant and fresh, the layout is scientific and reasonable, and the sign model is novel and unique, which realizes the function of passenger flow introduction and management of the commercial wayfinding system well.
